Grant Yaney has served customers in the north Texas markets for over fifteen years, working with Texas Trane until the HTS North Texas office opened on November 1, 2010. Yaney won numerous top sales achievement awards from Trane over the years, including multiple Million Dollar Chiller Club and Trane Top Ten Club awards. As principal of the HTS North Texas operations, he enjoys supporting customers with the utilization of all of the high efficiency, sustainable systems that we have to offer at HTS Texas.
Yaney is a registered Professional Engineer in the state of Texas and he is active in the local chapter of ASHRAE (American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers). He is a member of the USGBC (United States Green Building Council) and has been named a LEED® AP (accredited professional). Yaney is also a member of the Association of Energy Engineers, where he has been named a CEM (certified energy manager). He received a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from Purdue University.
Yaney and his family have been active members of Gateway Church in Southlake, Texas for many years where he has served as a leader in Gateway's healing ministry for many years. He and his wife are active members and financial supporters of Fellowship of the Sword, a non-profit, faith-based organization based in White Settlement, Texas. He and his family have also been financial supporters for many years of the North Texas Food Bank, Metrocrest Social Services, the Salvation Army, and Christian Community Action – all non-profit organizations that provide support (financial and otherwise) to those in need in the north Texas community.
