Fume Hood Face Velocity Controller
TRIATEK's HMS-1600 Series Fume Hood Face Velocity Controller monitors face velocity air flow and maintains user specified face velocity set points. This unit is a precision measuring system for ultra low flows. TRIATEK's HMS-1600 constantly monitors fume hood face velocity using through-the-hood sensing for positive feedback rather than conventional methods that rely only on exhaust air valve positioning. Fast acting electronic actuators and venturi air valves are also available from TRIATEK.
A liquid crystal display provides a visual readout of face velocity in English or Metric units. Audible and visual alarms are provided to warn users when unsafe conditions exist. TRIATEK's HMS-1600 is RS485 network ready and can also integrate into Johnson Controls Metasys.
