United CoolAir HotSpot
Horizontal Gas Fired Duct Furnace
The HotSpot from United CoolAir Corporation is gasfired heating system ideal for renovation of existing spaces and replacement of older, less efficient units. These indirect fired systems are an alternative to electrical resistance heaters and when hot water or steam is not available. HotSpot works with most horizontal and vertical air conditioning systems and can be configured with United CoolAir’s OmegaAir 100% outside air systems.
The indoor design is an excellent approach for tenant fit-out, especially where the occupants will be responsible for their own utilities. Each tenant can control their own ideal space conditions and operating cost independent of other tenants.
